If you want to prevent download of videos in telegram group on android, ios and desktop,
Open your Telegram group
Tap on EDIT or the edit/pencil icon
Tap on GROUP TYPE
Enable the RESTRICT SAVING CONTENT as seen in the screenshot below
NB: Same steps work if you want to disable download in telegram channels.
