I can't see payU option on Facebook ad page

Please I found out from OgbongeBlog that there is an option for Nigeria’s to pay for fb ads with PayU, but I cant just see anything like that. Or is my own ad manager different?

Create a new Facebook account, create a new Naira Facebook ad account and you will see the option there.
