Konga ads is not page ads it is a normal ad code it was just placed below the fold of pages while “transfer money home” ads is a page level ads

The konga ad is a normal google adsense ad. I placed a responsive ad unit above the fold.
That is am AdSense ads but it is currently display konga ads. I guess he was currently approved becuase when i approved newly i saw those ads on my blog too https://afrikloaded.blogspot.com
