Finally Huawei Nova 6 Trio Has Arrived With Fast Charging

After a long wait, the Nova 6 lineup has finally been unveiled.

First on the line up is the Nova 6 5G which carries with it an oval punch-hole display, the flagship Kirin 990 chipset and a potent triple camera setup. Second is the standard Nova 6 which comes in a twin design of the Nova 6 5G minus the 5G connectivity and has a smaller battery. Third is the midrange nova 6SE which packs a quad-cam setup, Kirin 810 chipset and a generous 4,200 mAh battery.

Huawei Nova 6 5G and Nova 6:

The nova 6 and its 5G variant both feature a 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with an oval punch hole in the top left corner. The punch hole has in it a dual camera setup with a 32MP main shooter and an 8MP ultra-wide secondary sensor which brings a 105-degree field of view. The fingerprint scanner which also serves as the power button can be found on the right side of the phone. The rear sports a 40MP main camera alongside an 8MP telephoto module with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide shooter.

The phones are powered by the flagship Kirin 990 chipset which is paired with the Balong 5000 5G modem on the nova 6 5G.

The phones come with 8GB of RAM as standard while storage ranges between 128 and 256GB. The software is Android 10 with EMUI 10 on top. The nova 6 comes with a 4,100 mAh battery while the 5G version gets a 4,200 mAh battery both of which, come with 40W Huawei SuperCharge support. The nova 6 5G will go for $540 in its 8/128GB configuration and its 8/256 GB configuration $595, while the standard nova 6 will start at $454 for its 8/128GB trim.

Huawei Nova 6SE:

The Nova 6SE which is a midrange model of the Nova 6 was also unveiled. It features a 6.4-inch FHD+ LCD panel with a punch hole cutout for its single 16MP selfie camera. Like the others, it has a side-mounted fingerprint reader and 40W Huawei SuperCharge support with its battery at 4,200 mAh. The rear sports a quad-camera setup with a 48MP main unit, 8MP ultrawide camera and two 2MP modules (depth and macro).

The nova 6SE will go for $315 in its 8/128GB trim. Pre-orders start today but official sales will begin on December 12.
