If you’ve enabled the Blogger Emporio theme navigation and you discover that there is no space between the navigation bar and the most recent post, as seen below :

you can add some space to make it look like this :

None to recommend for now. I can use my mac to record screen of my iPhone though but I still prefer using another phone to for the mobile screen recording.
