If you want to apply for NSCDC Recruitment 2019 Jobs, you will be required to upload a passport photograph that is not more than 10kb.
If you have a photo that is more than 10kb in size, you can reduce the image size easily using Adobe Photoshop.
How?
Open Photoshop
Click on Image Size
Adjust the width and height till pixel dimensions is less than 10kb as seen in the screenshot above.
Simple!
