I can’t upload audio and video files on WordPress. It keeps telling me the file type is not permitted for security reasons. Please I need a solution, Thanks!

Now what’s the solution you got? That could help others with same issue.
I manually uninstalled nearly all plugins, and reinstalled them back. By this, I was able to note the plugin restricting the upload of media files.
