Please Help Out: Custom Blogger to WordPress Migration

Good day sirs. Please how can I connect my custom blogger domain to my installed WordPress with siteground? I bought a domain name with Whogohost, it was connected to Blogger without a host. I recently bought a host, and now it looks difficult to start connecting it.

Please if i change my blogspot site to a .com site can i use my adsense directly on the new site without having to apply for approval
