By default, only WordPress admin can access JetPack stats reports.
However, you can also allow other user roles to view the stats via the WordPress dashboard - and you won’t have to give them access to your own account, or your WordPress.com account. This can be useful if you have many authors on your site whom you will also like to track the site traffic.
How?
Try going to Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard, and click on “Traffic” tab.
Click on the drop-down icon next to “Stats”.
Right there, you will see where to enable other non-admin user roles to view stats reports of your WordPress site.
