You can use GSuite toolbox dig to look up your domain name DNS records to see if there’s a problem with your DNS records configuration or not.
For example, if you want to check MX records of your domain name, go to https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/dig/
In the Name box, enter your domain name without www. (For example, yourdomain.com).
Click MX. You’ll receive a report on your domain’s MX records.
