How do I create an online discussion forum for our whatsapp students chat.

The forum will feature Questions and answers Posting of academic tutorials by our teachers Members be able to post, reply, comment, rate or like. Follow each other and allow members to chat as whatsapp group chat? Wix-Forum_featured-1063x607

Should I use myphp, bb0press or wix forum or wordpress discussion forum?

I suggest you can use WordPress forum plugin… It should be able to handle all of that; creating forum, sharing discussion, sending PMS, status and etcetera
